For Tea Bags:
Place 1 tea bag in 8–10 oz of water. Bring to a gentle simmer or pour boiling water over the tea bag, then cover and steep for 20–30 minutes. Drink 1–2 times daily. The same tea bag may be reused for a second preparation.
For Loose-Leaf Tea:
Use 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon of loose-leaf tea per 10–12 oz of water. Simmer gently for 15–20 minutes, then cover and steep an additional 10 minutes before straining. Drink 1–2 times daily.
