For Tea Bags:
Steep 1 tea bag in 8 oz of hot water for 10–15 minutes. Drink 2–3 times daily. Same tea bag can be used for 2nd or 3rd dose.
For Loose Leaf Tea:
Use 1 teaspoon of loose-leaf tea per 8 oz of hot water. Steep for 5–10 minutes, then strain. Drink 2 t-3 times daily.
