How to Use

Take 1–2 full droppers (approximately 1–2 mL) in a small amount of water, juice, or tea, up to three times daily. For best results, take with or right after a small meal or snack. This helps protect the stomach, improve absorption of herbal compounds, and support gentle liver processing.

During times of active viral exposure or symptoms, the tincture may be taken every 4–6 hours with light food or warm tea. Sip slowly to allow partial absorption through the mouth before swallowing.

If sensitive to bitter herbs, dilute in more water or tea or mix with a small amount of honey. Avoid taking on an empty stomach if you experience acid reflux or digestive discomfort.

For general wellness support, take consistently for three weeks, then rest for one week before repeating the cycle.

Pairs well with: warm lemon balm, ginger, or mint tea.

Caution: Not recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Use caution with high blood pressure (contains licorice root). Short-term use only if formula includes chaparral.
